"Unfortunately the taxi that I had prebooked and prepaid for never turned up leaving me having to sort out a taxi for myself and my wedding guests at 1am at the end of a Saturday night something that I wanted to avoid. Being my wedding day and knowing that it was prebooked and prepaid I didn't think that I would need to have my phone on me but i was phoned up at 12:20am of which I didn't answer with not having my phone on me and have been told that I should have answered my phone as the driver had probably turned up early and wanted me to confirm that I still wanted to be picked up at 1am. Apparently they also phoned me in the day to confirm that I still wanted the taxi but again was busy getting married. I have tried to sort it out with the taxi company but was told the driver did turn up and phoned me up every 10mins from 12:30 as well as apparently asking at the venue for me bearing in mind it was my wedding so everyone would have known who I was to be told there was no one of that name there, all of which can't possibly have happened. We were all waiting for the taxi from before 1am and saw no taxi in view anywhere even though I was told that the taxi waited until after 1am. I also tried phoning the driver at 1:05am and they never answered. Not sure whether the taxi company is to blame or Stone taxis were to blame but either way would not use again and I advise anyone using the stone taxi website to avoid as it is not a taxi company but an agency and it very overpriced as well feeling that its a bit of a cop out for if anything goes wrong to protect the taxi companies involved with them. "
